Job Summary
We are seeking an Operations Manager to direct the daily activities of our heating, ventilation and air conditioning service and installation team. You will optimize field workflows, manage inventory resources, and ensure every project meets quality standards, safety codes, and budget goals. This role bridges field execution with leadership to drive efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all operational aspects of the business, including scheduling and routing of all calls and installation projects
- Manage and mentor HVAC technicians
- Implement systems, processes, and procedures to increase efficiency and profitability
- Oversee inventory control
- Ensure the organization is compliant with all applicable legal and regulatory requirements
- Examine financial data and create sales projections
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field
- Previous experience with an HVAC company is required
- Deep understanding of organizational effectiveness and operations management
- Excellent verbal and written communication
Compensation: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
